MADISON, WI — Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., announced Thursday that Glenn Cole has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cole will oversee financial strategy, accounting/treasury operations, performance measurement and M&A work for one of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare IT consulting firms.

Cole has significant operational experience working in complex, high-growth technology and services
companies. Prior to Nordic, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at The Ghafari Companies, Dearborn, Mich., a top-100 international architecture and engineering firm. In 2012, he received a Crain’s Business CFO of the Year Award in the $100 million to $1 billion size company category, and in 2011, London’s Trade Finance Magazine honored Cole with a Deal of the Year award for innovation in structuring new financing to support Ghafari’s expanding international business.
Cole was CFO at Nighthawk Radiology Services, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, from 2007-2008; CFO at Thomson Reuters Healthcare, Ann Arbor, Mich., from 1996-2007, and was employed by Arthur Andersen prior to that. He earned degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
