Back in February 2021, when Nordic Consulting acquired Bails & Associates, it created a collaboration that coupled decades of ERP experience with Nordic’s key enterprise platforms, including EHR, workforce scheduling, and numerous third-party applications to drive efficiencies and improve business outcomes, particularly in the healthcare industry.
For almost 30 years, Bails has helped clients attain higher efficiencies through the implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions, which includes Infor implementations, and delivering selection, sequencing, project planning, and implementation support across diverse industries.
Today, as Nordic continues to evolve its business strategy toward One Nordic which incorporates multiple global regions and offerings, Bails & Associates now becomes Nordic ERP Services.
Bails was founded by President and CEO Jamie Bails, which under her leadership the company grew to serve clients around the world in various markets including healthcare, public sector, retail, manufacturing, and strategic industries.
Remaining at Nordic and taking on a new role as the Head of Nordic ERP Services, Jamie will lead this division and oversee strategic initiatives, as well as identify growth opportunities for Nordic through ERP implementations and integrations.
“It’s been such a joy working with Jamie over the past couple of years as Bails became part of the Nordic family, and we’re excited to have her lead our new ERP Services division,” said Jim Costanzo, CEO of Nordic. “Integration of complex technology solutions continue to challenge companies as they digitally transform their operations, and we’re very happy to have her and her team help organizations increase value, lower costs, and reduce risk.”
“We joined Nordic two years ago to connect our clients with a broader range of services,” said Jamie Bails, Head of Nordic ERP Services. “By operating under one shared brand with a clear mission, values, and solution set, and from the same system and processes, we will enhance and streamline the services and support our clients receive.”
Nordic ERP Services improves the business operations of clients through support, training, and maintenance that continues well beyond go-live, including:
- Complex integrations with other key enterprise platforms
- Tailored planning and implementation projects
- An award-winning partner for ERP providers and clients
