MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce announced today that Nordic Consulting has joined the organization as its newest gold member.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nordic to the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber as our newest gold member,” said Jason Rae, President & CEO of the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce. “We’re excited to be working with an award-winning and innovative company to build and strengthen Wisconsin’s diverse business community. We know that in order for companies to succeed, diversity and inclusion in the workplace is essential.”
“One of our maxims at Nordic is ‘Be you,’ which encourages us to celebrate our authentic selves, include all people, and embrace our differences,” said Jim Costanzo, Nordic’s CEO. “An important part of that is being supportive and inclusive of everyone, including the LGBTQIA2+ community and its allies.”
Nordic recently launched the LOVE (Leading Our Vision of Equality) employee resource group, which focuses on education, retention, visibility, customer support, innovation, and philanthropy and community organizing for the LGBTQIA2+ community. “Nordic has always been a place where I felt comfortable being my true self,” says Nordic Account Executive and LOVE Executive Sponsor Bridget Bell. “We're looking forward to working with the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber to create an even more inclusive environment not just for our team members, but also for our clients and the community as a whole.”
With its corporate headquarters in Madison, WI, Nordic is a global healthcare consulting firm that provides health IT staffing, advisory consulting, and managed services, leading clients smoothly from strategy through to execution.
Nordic joins more than 40 other corporations as a gold member of the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber. Gold members receive a listing in the online business directory, invitation to all Chamber events, and a seat on the Chamber’s Leadership Council.
