MADISON, Wis. – Nordic is continuing to prove its unique ability to help healthcare organizations address their most complex challenges in a variety of areas, according to the Best in KLAS 2021 report. For the third year in a row, Nordic is the only firm with a rating higher than 90 across seven or more categories.
In this latest report, Nordic is KLAS-rated as a high performer for Clinical Optimization, HIT Advisory, Revenue Cycle Optimization, HIT Implementation Leadership (large and small), HIT Staffing, Partial IT Outsourcing, and Technical Services.
While Nordic has historically performed well in these categories, the healthcare consulting firm saw tremendous gains year over year in multiple segments, increasing its rating by 4 percentage points in HIT Implementation Leadership-Large and 2 percentage points in Clinical Optimization, HIT Advisory, Revenue Cycle Optimization. Also, in most categories 100% of respondents said that Nordic “avoids charging for every little thing,” “exceeds expectations,” and that they “would buy again” with respect to Nordic’s services.
