MADISON, Wis. – Modern Healthcare recently recognized Nordic as the seventh largest healthcare management consulting firm in the nation based on total 2018 healthcare consulting revenue. This marks the first appearance on the list for Nordic, which was founded in 2010.
In under a decade, Nordic has grown from a staff augmentation firm specializing in Epic implementation to one of the largest independently owned healthcare consulting firms. It offers a variety of services focused on strategy, technology, and operations as well as managed services.
“Nordic’s focus on building strong relationships and attracting the best talent to make meaningful improvements for healthcare organizations and their patients translates to everything we do,” CEO Jim Costanzo said. “It’s what has allowed Nordic to grow and evolve so rapidly as we’ve expanded the ways we can help our clients improve performance while still delivering that same level of quality and personal care that they expect.”
Included in Nordic’s management consulting offerings is its revenue cycle transformation practice, which partners with healthcare organizations to improve efficiencies, reduce variation, and increase net revenue.
“We’re working with healthcare organizations to save them tens of millions of dollars of annual net revenue,” EVP Practice Leader and Managing Director of Revenue Cycle Transformation Cathy Smith said. “We’re grateful to be recognized on this list and to help clients achieve measurable results.”
