For a fixed fee, you can utilize Nordic’s extensive experience in Epic implementation leadership to augment your Garden Plot project. As part of this fixed fee package, Nordic will staff a full-time Project Manager and a part-time Engagement Advisor and Education Specialist for a period of 6 months. The Nordic team will help your organization complete the Epic pre-implementation checklist during the first 2 months of the engagement. For the following 4 months, our Nordic team will work alongside you during the implementation and go-live period to help make it as smooth as possible for you. You can also opt for additional support, technical management, data & analytics support, optimization of your revenue cycle management processes, service desk support, and post-implementation support.
