Physician compensation models and preferences don’t always align with patient access and health system volume targets.
In this session, health system leaders will share their successes and lessons learned using physician engagement and technology to streamline the scheduling workflow and improve appointment capacity for 27 specialties across a large health system. In addition, health system leaders will showcase a financial ROI model that was used to track the financial impact of increasing capacity.

This session will explore key drivers of healthcare burnout such as documentation burden, inbox overload, administrative overhead, and other factors. Attendees will learn the importance of surveying employees to identify local challenges and discover targeted IT and administrative strategies for overcoming burnout in their organizations. Together, we can ease the clinician burden and forge a more compassionate pathway forward.

- Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at entry. Employees of Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., its affiliates (together, “Nordic Global”), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. - Contest Period: The contest begins on March 3, 2025, and ends on March 6, 2025. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. each day to be eligible for that day's drawing.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
- Visit Nordic’s event booth.
- Please take a photo with one of our coffee mugs.
- Post the photo on LinkedIn or X using the hashtag #NordicGlobal and tag Nordic Global.
- Winner Selection: From March 3, 2025 to March 6, 2025, one winner will be selected from all eligible entries each day. The winners will be chosen randomly and notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.
- Prizes: Each daily winner will receive a $50 gift card.
