These types of tasks require Nordic employees to possess not only a mindset to think on their feet, but also the ability to execute. These characteristics are key to getting the most from our talent and helping you enjoy success.

Hi, my name is Jackie Hoong, and I’m a senior consultant here at Nordic. One of the maxims I got to see in action is “Think, Act, Adapt with Urgency.”
A few weeks ago, the Willow Nordic consultant, the OpTime Nordic consultant and myself, HB, we had to figure out what to do with Anesthesia Med Charging. What we did was we ended up being on the phone, and we had two speaker phones going at once trying to figure out what is the best workflow? What are the pros and cons? How are we gonna do this? How to document it.
We were able to come up with three solutions and write them down within an hour, and we gave it to operations to solve within the next day. I love the fact that with Nordic consultants, we thought about every solution and we collaborate really well, and it’s on our feet, but we’re doing the best we can to think of everything – every possible solution that exists. So it’s awesome working with Nordic and everybody being able to think on their feet.
