Hi, my name is Rick Shepardson, director of optimization solutions here at Nordic, and I focus in population health and value-based care. Today I want to talk to you a little bit about some of the services that we offer, some of the challenges and struggles that we've seen in the industry, and how we help our clients. So right now the population health and value-based care space is evolving. MACRA was recently released, and many of our organizations and clients we work with are involved in ACOs and other risk-based contracts.
Well, as we involve into the space, it's really important for IT to play a complementary role to executive leadership and operations, to help support reporting, to help customize the EHR to support these needs. But a lot of times, as these changes and as these requirements pivot, it's really important for you to be able to be agile and pivot with them.
