Healthtech, a Nordic Global company, partnered with Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) to support the successful transition to Epic across a geographically dispersed healthcare system. The engagement focused on maintaining operational continuity, preparing clinicians and community providers for new digital workflows, and ensuring effective adoption before, during, and after go-live.
Prior to implementation, Healthtech provided MEDITECH legacy support, conducted readiness assessments, supported the opening of Corner Brook Hospital, delivered ServiceNow training, and led change management and training initiatives across the province.
During go-live, Healthtech operated a centralized call centre, delivered virtual and at-the-elbow support, and provided command centre and ticket management services to ensure rapid issue resolution and minimal disruption to care delivery.
Following implementation, Healthtech supported hypercare, workflow optimization, knowledge transfer, and transition to NLHS internal teams.
The result was a coordinated transformation that maintained continuity of care, enabled provider readiness, supported adoption across urban and remote locations, and established a scalable foundation for ongoing service management and support.
