Russhel brings nearly 20 years of experience across accounting, financial systems, and Workday. Her career has given her a unique perspective on the platform, having worked in accounting, used Workday firsthand, helped build Workday Financial Management products as a Product Manager, and advised organizations through complex financial transformation initiatives.
She combines deep functional expertise with an understanding of how Workday is designed, how finance teams operate, and what it takes to deliver solutions that create lasting value. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations improve financial operations, streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and maximize the value of their Workday investment.
